Sanitary Valves
Lee Fluid Transfer valves are used for a variety of food and beverage products including meats, condiments, juices, flavors, oils, sauces, syrups, soups, bouillons, jams and jellies, chocolate and confectionery, milk and milk products. Lee fluid transfer valves also are used for many cosmetic, chemical and pharmaceutical formulas. All Lee valves are available with various optional connection fittings such as sanitary clamp, sanitary thread, I-line, flanged, butt-weld and NPT.

Flush-Mounted (BFT) Kettle/Tank Valves

Three-way (3FT) In-line Diverter Valves
Three-way valves simplify multiple tank filling and draining operations- ½” through 4” full flow port sizes eliminate product flow restrictions
- Precision crafted from T-316 stainless steel (T-316-L balls)
- Manual or automated designs
- Designed for rigid, corrosion-resistant, highly sanitary applications
- Standard fully encapsulating Teflon seals provide maximum reduction of entrapment
- Cycle times of approximately one second or less are accomplished when coupled with various actuator options
Automated Valve Options
Standard actuators include hard –anodized aluminum construction, with stainless steel and specially coated material options available- Equipped with various pneumatic or electric actuators, which can be controlled from a remote panel
- Accessories available to provide an efficient solution include: solenoids, ultra switches with visual position indication, speed controls, filters, regulators, position indicators and more
Jacketed Valves
For use when product solidification is a concern- Complete line of fully-jacketed ball valves available which are 3A sanitary and USDA-M&P accepted and certified
- Assure hot or cold flow through the valve
- Sizes range from 1 ½” to 4”
- All sizes can be equipped with several types of pneumatic air-to-air or spring-return actuators
Fractional-Size Valves
½” and ¾” inline precision crafted from T-316 stainless steel- Provides maximum reliability
- No tools required maintenance, for simple cost effective care
ASEPTIC and CIP Valves


- Custom valves for highly sanitary applications
- Available in flush bottom and in-line automation options
- Aseptic valves feature steam tracing around the stem assembly, inlet flange and end connections
- CIP valves can be cleaned without dismantling
Seals:
- Full Teflon or Mica-filled Teflon seals and full-flow ports eliminate product entrapment and product flow restrictions
- Ball totally encapsulated by seals
- Seals are designed to minimize wear and are less subject to deformation under load
- Standard rating of maximum working pressure of 300 PSIG at 450 degrees F, and can be used for full vacuum applications
