Service
Lee Industries has an experienced, ASME certified field service department with a team readily available for repairs, modifications, installation and start-up of your vessel or processing system. The Lee Industries service team is on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is prepared to coordinate parts delivery and work around your production schedule to keep downtime to a minimum.
Test Lab/Pilot Plant
Lee offers a multipurpose test facility where product processing can be demonstrated and analyzed and is readily available to our customers at no additional charge.
The test lab incorporates the very latest in processing equipment, including an agitated Uniflow jacketed tank, a jacketed double-ribbon horizontal blender, a jacketed kettle with an inclined double-motion scraped surface agitator in conjunction with various interchangeable mixers and the Tri-Mix™ Turbo-Shear™, a fully jacketed vacuum/pressure vessel that has both scraped surface double-motion agitation along with a high-shear mixer. Our pilot plant, guaranteed scaled up, and engineering assistance are all an added value and serviced provided to Lee Industries customers.
Special Finishes
From mill finish to the special #7 mirror finish (less than 6 Ra), Lee Industries can make your equipment shine. Vast experience in a variety of industries, including the pharmaceutical industry, gives Lee Industries the expertise to meet the demand for high-quality, durable, ultra-sanitary finishes including special request low Ra finishes. Lee Industries can also complete our mechanical finish with electropolish. This electropolish finish is available on everything from minute fittings and fractional size valves to Lee Industries renowned 20,000 gallon reactor vessels. Learn more about electropolish finishes.
Technologies
An experienced and advanced engineering and technical team works with each customer to ensure that equipment is built to satisfy your processing requirements. Lee Industries works with our customers to develop new technologies in the processing industry. Some examples include:
